According to the completion status of students, the CPE learning status of a student can be changed by following the steps below:
1. Select a student in the CPE student list and click Change CPE learning status.
2. In the Change CPE learning status window, select the new CPE learning status for the student. The available statuses include:

Complete |
The student has completed ARS cycle and is automatically assigned into a new ARS cycle. |

Incomplete |
The student has failed to accumulate the required CPE Credits at the end of an ARS cycle. System will deactivate their account. The account can be activated via account activation request. |
|
Exempted |
The student exempted the course. The ARS status will remain to be Active. |
3. Click Confirm. The student status will be updated.
