Configure assessment schedules

To set up and publish assessment schedules of a standalone exam, navigate to Course > Assessment management, and then complete the following steps:

1.   In the Academic terms tab, locate and click a academic term.

*Note: On the Assessment management page, admin can view the following tabs: Academic terms, Terms and Non-semester-based courses. To view and configure the assessment schedule for a module in the specific term or course intake, go to the corresponding tab and find the module.

2.   Click Assessment scheduling in the left navigation.

3.   Click the module code of a module in the module list.

4.   On the Module details page, admin can view the standalone sub-components listed in the module in the left navigation. Click the standalone exam under a component, and the admin can view the basic information and schedule with a list of students.

5.   Click Add schedule and configure the schedule settings for the exam.

6.   Click Save.

7.   Admin can add multiple schedules for the exam.

8.   Click Publish above the student list to publish the schedule details to students.
